2. Please complete this form, signed & stamped then:
a. Scan and email to:    training@eversafe.com.sg
3. Upon submission of this membership registration form, a unique ID number will be generated and email to you. Once the unique ID number is created, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits accorded to Corporate Members:
a. Free non-mandatory but customized course for Workers / Learners (2pax per month) *
b. Free delivery of learners’ Certificates / Safety Passes (Once in a month) *
c. Awareness Course for Top Management with latest Government updates (1pax per month) *
d. Free training consultancy and alerts concerning renewals of competency certifications.
